Where can I enable / disable voice scanning?

You can enable / disable BWS voice scanning for all clients under “My Clients” by ticking/unticking the “Enable BWS Voice Scan for all clients” box.

The global setting can be overridden on an individual client basis under “Clients” > “View/Edit Client” > Scroll down to “Client Scan” section > Click the “Enable/Disable BWS Voice Scan” button.
