If you find a single scan isn't synchronising from NES ProVision to NES Portal, yet the sync in NES ProVision is showing complete, please follow these steps:
- Open the client profile in NES ProVision for the client whose scan is not uploading
- Click Save on the client profile
- Wait 10 seconds
- Return to the home page of NES ProVision and attempt to sync with NES Portal again
This force refresh of the client profile should resolve the issue.
