1. Ensure Bluetooth and Location Services are turned on for your device, both are required to find and connect to the scanner.
2. Turn off any other Bluetooth connections to your device that may interfere with the scanner connection.
3. Ensure the scanner is fully charged.
4. Try turning off all Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connections and then turning them back on again.
5. Ensure the scanner is NOT connected/paired to the phone's Bluetooth. If it is, go into the phone's Bluetooth settings/menu and click forget/unpair for the device starting with 'NES'. The scanner needs to be connected to Bluetooth within the NES Health app (on the device selection screen).
6. Ensure the NES Health app has the necessary permissions to access your Bluetooth and location, this would typically pop up when it attempts to use this (when searching for Bluetooth Low Energy devices) but maybe this isn't happening/showing and the app is blocked. This can typically be found in Settings > Apps > NES Health > App permissions. If the app hasn't been used for a few months then 'Location and Nearby devices' permissions will be removed and need to be allowed.
