Important Note:
It is possible to remove a cycle from miHealth only when you have an internet connection with the device BioSync runs on. Without internet access, it is not possible to remove the cycle.
Please follow the below steps:
- Turn miHealth on
- Connect miHealth to computer
- Open BioSync
- Check in says version 5 in the bottom-right (otherwise download the latest version from the Portal)
- Click miHealth Updater
- Click Custom Cycles in the bottom-left (it will take a few seconds for the cycles to load)
- Click on the red/white cross button to delete the desired cycle
- Confirm that you want to delete the cycle
- The cycle has been deleted, click OK to close the popup
- Repeat for any other cycles you wish to delete
- Click Close in the bottom-right to return to the miHealth Updater screen
