If there is inaccuracy with the touching of the miHealth screen, you can recalibrate the screen by taking the following action.
- Start with your miHealth turned off.
- Make sure you have removed the plastic screen protector (this is intended to protect the screen during shipping and should not be kept on the device during use)
- Reset the device by pressing and holding the two side buttons, the front right blue button and the power button.
- Hold for 2 seconds.
- Release the power button and the two side button but continue to hold the right hand blue button until the device turns on (this may take a few seconds).
- Once the device has turned on release the blue right front button.
- You should see a blue screen with 3 x -> in the top left corner of the screen. If this is not the case, please go back to the first step.
- Slide the stylus out from the bottom of the right side of the miHealth.
- Use the stylus or the tip of a pen to gently tap 3 times in the top left corner of the screen then in the bottom right corner.
- Congratulations, your screen is now calibrated.
