How do I update my miHealth device?

Need to update your MiHealth device

Please click one of the following to begin downloading BioSync Software (Previously NES Desktop):

Windows/PC

Mac OS

After the download is complete double click on the downloaded file and step through the on-screen installation instructions.

1. Ensure your computer is connected to the Internet.

2. Open the BioSync application.

3. Select > miHealth Updater

4. Turn your miHealth on and connect it to your computer using the USB cable.

5. Select >Check for Updates. Then follow the on screen instructions. Do not unplug, touch or use the miHealth once you’ve started the update process. Wait until the BioSync screen says ‘Update complete’.

The update process will take a few minutes. Please follow remaining on-screen instructions to complete the process.
