If your miHealth is showing a red battery icon in either the top-right corner (when the miHealth is on) or in the middle of the screen (when the miHealth is off but charging) then this indicates the following:
-
Red static/permanent icon: the battery is faulty and is unable to charge or maintain its charge. Dispose of the battery safely and according to local environmental laws. Replace as soon as possible with a battery only supplied by NES Health from the Portal shop.
-
Red/black (alternating) flashing icon: the battery is overheating when charging. Disconnect the USB cable to stop charging. Dispose of the battery safely and according to local environmental laws. Replace as soon as possible with a battery only supplied by NES Health from the Portal shop.
If the issue continues when using a new battery please disconnect the battery and contact your distributor to start the miHealth returns process.
