Usually this means that a hard reset is taking place. This can sometimes happen on accident when changing out a battery and pressing the grey button at the same time. If this happens, you will need to connect your miHealth device to Biosync to update the miHealth.
There is also a possibility that the miHealth device needs to be charged.
If this doesn't work, try a soft reset of the miHealth device.
To do this:
- Locate the two side buttons and the on/off button at the base of the device.
- Press all three buttons at the same time, then release the on/off button and then release the two side buttons.
- The miHealth will automatically power up.
