This Week, We are Focusing on the Quick Start Overview and the Resources Available to You
Not knowing where to start can be daunting. Especially, if you are new to bioenergetics. In addition to the Success Team support, resources are available within the portal. In this week’s lesson, we will review five KEY areas where you can locate information:

Each resource has features and information that will help you in various ways.

Resources
You will find the Resources button on the gray toolbar on the Home page of your portal, right above the Tip of the Day (Figure 2).

Although there is a lot of information within Resources, the two we are pointing out are Download Scan Software and Practitioner Tips & Tools (Figure 3).

Download Scan Software is the feature that allows you and your clients to download the Biosync desktop app to scan using the handheld scanner and the miHealth device. The Biosync app also updates your miHealth device software as needed. The download is friendly to both PC and Mac users. Both versions list step-by-step instructions on how to load onto your computer.
Practitioner Tips & Tools is where you will find information when working with your clients (Figure 4).

One of the most frequently asked questions is how to explain performing a voice scan to clients. The section How to Voice Scan PDF for Clients (Figure 5) has a downloadable PDF file that is sharable with clients via email. The print and download buttons are at the top right of the window frame.

Another frequently asked question is how to set up accounts for children and pets. In Resources, the section Accounts for Children and Pets (Figure 6) explains how to do this. Using a #hashtag after the parent email allows the parent of the child or pet to have their own space to scan. Note‼️ The parent will not be able to order from a #hashtag account. The order needs to be in the parent account of the child or pet.

Marketing Tools
The Marketing Tools (Figure 7) section has wording, videos, and photos you can use for your website and social media. The Marketing Tools is at the top right section under your account avatar.

If you are new to explaining Bioenergetics, the section Explaining Your NES Health Services is a fantastic resource (Figure 8).

This section even includes a sample elevator pitch and suggested keywords such as:

The NES Health videos (Figure 10) are perfect for sharing through social media or embedding on your website.

Clicking on the videos will let you know the topic, run length, and provide a sharable link and embedding code (Figure 11).

Education Hat
The Education Hat (Figure 12) is a significant part of your training! The Quick Start Lessons will answer many of your questions regarding the system logistics. These topics include contraindications, adding clients, how to scan, and much more!

The BWS Foundation reviews the science foundation, scan screens, and the miHealth device in depth. At the end of each lesson in the BWS Foundation, there will be an option to Mark Complete or complete a section Quiz. Once BWS Foundation is complete, we will receive a notification of completion where you will receive a Certificate of Completion if you are a current system owner.
Another commonly asked question is where to find the Help Files. Under the first section of the Science & Scanning Essentials in BWS Foundation are the Welcome & infoceutical Help Files (Figure 13).

This section provides a PDF link for the Help Files document. These give an overview of the infoceuticals. You can download the PDF to your computer files for reference. See Figure 14 below.

Support Knowledge Base
The Support Knowledge Base (Figure 15) is one of the most often overlooked resources. This section is on the Home page next to the Marketing Tools button.

You can search the database using the search bar or clicking one of the most popular topics. Simply type in your topic and click on the magnifying glass. A list of articles will appear. See Figures 16 and 17 below.

You can submit a ticket if you cannot find the answer you are looking for in the Support Center by scrolling to the bottom of the page (Figure 18).

My Account
Your My Account section has a lot of information regarding your NES Health business. You will find this section by clicking on your icon at the top right of the page. Figure 19 illustrates where to find it.

My Profile
Your My Profile (Figure 20) section is fundamental to complete if you want to be visible on the NES Health Locator. If you have not completed your profile for locator visibility, click here ➡️for instructions. You will notice section 1 and 2 of this section allows you to add your business website and social media (Figure 21).

Practitioner Website Settings
Enabling your NES Health website is easy. Select Practitioner Website Settings (Figure 22) in the My Account section.

Simply toggle on the settings you want your clients to see. You can also allow clients to purchase Feel Good infoceuticals and miHealth devices directly from their NES Health portal. Figure 23 is an example of toggling these functions.

Scan Screen Settings
You can control how much or little of the scan you want your clients to see in Scan Screen Settings (Figure 24). You can edit the scan screens collectively or individually.

Update: There is now an option to apply the new scan screen settings to all your clients (existing and new).
Note‼️ You can also turn on the settings for your clients to purchase their Meditations and protocol infoceuticals. If this preference is on for your clients, they simply log in to their portal account, go to their last scan, click Recommendations, and click on Order Recommendations (Figure 25).

Figure 26 shows what your clients see when they order their protocol infoceuticals. Your client’s infoceuticals will automatically be added to their cart (Figure 27).

My Orders
You and your clients can check the status of their package directly from the portal in My Orders (Figure 28).
To look up orders, follow these steps:
- Click on My Account

- Click on the order number line item of interest (Figure 29)

- Copy the tracking number from the upper left area in Order Details (Figure 30)

- Paste it into the Google search bar (Figure 31)

For more detail, you can also click on View details on USPS for more specific tracking details (Figure 32).

You can also go directly to USPS.com and enter the tracking number into their website without using a Google search.
💡Note‼️ UPS is the mail carrier for tracking numbers starting with 👉 “1Z.”

That is a lot of information! Even if it seems we just scratched the surface. Remember …over the next several weeks we will focus on one section of the Quick Start Lessons. The resources we reviewed this week will help you find the answers you are seeking.
