This week we are discussing Placing Infoceutical Orders from the Quick Start Lessons. You can either place and drop ship an order to your client, place an order in your client cart for them to check out, or allow them to order their protocol directly from the Recommendations.
Single Order
Use this option when you wish to place a single order, pay immediately, and have the order shipped directly to the address you’ve chosen. This is useful when ordering for your personal use, when you’re shipping to a client who has paid you directly for the Infoceuticals (the price you paid does not show up on the packing slip), or when you’re stocking Infoceuticals to sell directly to clients in an office setting. To do this, start by clicking on the “Shop” button. Then choose “Infoceuticals.” At the top of the next screen, you’ll see pricing for Infoceutical purchases. Discounts for larger orders do NOT show up in your shopping basket. They will be applied when you check out.
You can also check out by clicking on Recommendations in the Scan. To do this, go to the scan you are looking for, go to the Recommendations page, and click on Order Recommendations.
The infoceutical protocol will be added directly to your basket to check out.
Placing orders in the Client Basket
If you want your clients to order their items, you can place them directly in their shopping basket from their scan. Additionally, if you want to add more infoceuticals, you can do this front the Recommendations as well. To do this, click on the blue ➕ button next to Infoceuticals, add another item, and click save.
✳️NOTE ‼️ You will not see the items in your client cart unless you Impersonate them.
Allow Clients to Order from the Recommendation Page
We’ve recently added a function that allows you to let your clients order their recommendations from the scan. To turn this function on, go to My Account, Scan Screen Settings, and toggle on the Client can order recommendations function.
Tracking Information
You and your clients have access to tracking information in the portal. To look up orders, follow these steps:
- Click on My Account
- My Orders
- Click on the line item
- Copy the tracking number from the upper left area in Order Details
- Paste it into the Google search bar
