The NES Health app allows you to:
- Connect a Bluetooth scanner and complete a Bioenergetic scan
- Perform a Bioenergetic voice scan
- Send your bioenergetic pattern recommendations to a third-party device that is E4L-enabled
App Download
The NES Health app is designed for clients or practitioners to scan using their phone or tablet. It is available on the app from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store (for Android devices).
Getting Connected
Go to your phone/tablet settings and make sure Wifi and Bluetooth are turned on. Unlike most Bluetooth devices, the pairing takes place inside the NES Health app instead of inside the settings section of your device. Open the NES Health App.
Login
Once the App is installed you will be invited to log in. Log in with the same email address and password you use for Portal.
Once you are logged in, you will automatically be sent to the Home screen.
Scan
The Scan function in the app allows you to scan with the NES hand scanner.
Make sure the hand scanner is charged beforehand.
Press the Scan button and agree to the disclaimer.
If you are a practitioner, select whether you are scanning yourself or one of your clients. If you are scanning a client, select which client you are scanning after pressing Clients
Allow any requests the app asks for.
Place your hand scanner (unplugged) near your phone and gently touch the silver disk to activate your scanner. The light on your scanner should turn blue. You will most likely see many pairing options on your device.
Press Pair Device next to the one that matches the code that is on the back of your hand scanner, in this example: NESU7929
Once your hand scanner is paired with your device, the light will change to green and you will be invited to place your hand on the scanner.
The screen will then display a start button, tap scan and the process will begin.
At the end of the scan you will be redirected to the E4L to see the results of your scan
Voice Scan
You will require an email address and password provided by your practitioner or E4L.
- Open the app and press Voice Scan

If you haven't logged in already, you may be asked to log in at this stage

Follow the prompts and instructions. Press the microphone symbol to start the voice scan. You may be asked by the app to give permission to use your microphone in the app.
- Count in time to the number being displayed on the screen
- At the end of the count you will be asked if you are happy with the recording. If you are, press Proceed
- The voice sample will now be processed for your scan results
- If processing was successful, you will receive a Success screen. Your scan information has now been stored. Press Continue
- You will now have two options:
- View Full Scan Results - this will take you to Portal to view the results of your scan
- Send recommended frequencies to device - if you are using a 3rd party product associated with E4L, you can send your recommendations directly
Send
The Send function on the app allows you to send your recommended Bioenergetic patterns to a third party E4L enabled device (a light bed for example)
- Press Send
- Select whether you are sending the recommendations of yourself or of a client
- You may be asked to log in
- Your recommendations will be shown in the app
- Press Pair Device & Send Recommendations
- Select the compatible device to send the recommendations to by clicking Pair Device & Send next to the relevant device
Frequently Asked Questions & Troubleshooting
Do I need to pair my hand scanner every time I do a scan?
Yes - just like most Bluetooth devices, you will need to reconnect your phone and hand scanner via the app every time you want to scan.
My hand scanner light is on but it is not showing up as an available pairing device on my phone.
If you do not see your hand scanner on your phone and the light on your scanner is on, wait a few minutes until the light turns off then gently touch the silver disk to activate your scanner. The scanner will vibrate and should appear in your list of available devices.
What do the different light colors mean on my hand scanner?
The colors on the scanner indicate the following:
Red flashing - your hand scanner is charging
Red solid - your hand scanner is fully charged
Green (when not plugged into a computer) - ready to pair (via Bluetooth low energy) directly in the NES Health app not via the phone's Bluetooth settings (only available for clients of BWS practitioners)
Blue (when not plugged in) - paired/connected to the NES Health app and ready to be used for scanning
