How to Locate Your miHealth Device ID

Each miHealth device has a unique identifier called the miHealth ID. This ID is essential for support, troubleshooting, or device registration. There are two main ways to find it: directly from the physical device or through the software settings.

Option 1: Locate the miHealth ID on the Device Sticker

On the back or underside of your miHealth device, you'll find a barcode sticker with a string of numbers and letters.

• Look for the part labeled:

  The miHealth ID is the last part of the string and would start with "44"

 Option 2: View the miHealth ID in the Software

You can also find your miHealth ID through the device interface:

1. Go to Settings on your miHealth device.

2. Select miUnit.

3. The miHealth ID will be displayed on the screen.
