How to Factory Reset Your miHealth 2.0

Caution: Only use this procedure when advised to by a member of the E4L support team

Required:

• USB cable (connected to power)
• Wifi connection details

1. Follow the attached video to factory reset your miHealth. In step 2, if the miHealth turns on as normal then turn the miHealth off and this time for step 2 continue holding the left button until the reset menu appears.
2. After you have completed the steps in the video, proceed with the following to configure your miHealth:
3. Go to Settings > Time/Date > enable automatic date and time, select your region and time zone, optionally enable 24 hours
4. Go to Settings > Wifi > connect to your Wifi network
5. Wait until the time is correct in the top-left, this can take a few minutes, during this time the screen may turn off, double-tap to turn on
6. Go to Settings > Log In & Sync Data > Start Authorization > log in with your Portal details (or ones provided by support), after a few seconds it will return to the home screen
7. Go to Settings > reconfigure any settings: default output, enable laser diode, Screen > Timeout etc.
