Caution: Only use this procedure when advised to by a member of the E4L support team
Required:
- USB cable (connected to power)
- Wifi connection details
- Follow the attached video to factory reset your miHealth. In step 2, if the miHealth turns on as normal then turn the miHealth off and this time for step 2 continue holding the left button until the reset menu appears.
- After you have completed the steps in the video, proceed with the following to configure your miHealth:
- Go to Settings > Time/Date > disable automatic date and time, adjust the date / time, select your region and time zone, optionally enable 24 hours.
- Go to Settings > Wifi > connect to your Wifi network
- Go to Settings > Log In & Sync Data > Start Authorization >
Log in with email: 2@2.com
password: 123
After a few seconds it will return to the home screen. - Check that your programs are accessible in: Sessions > Programs
- Go to Settings > reconfigure any settings: default output, enable laser diode, Screen > Timeout etc.
