Before attempting this reset, please connect your mihealth2 to Wifi and check for system updates by selecting Settings > Update Device
Restart your device and check to see if the issue is resolved.
If the issue persists, proceed with the mihealth 2 reset:
Turn on the miHealth 2
Press and hold the two grey buttons
Press and release the middle button
Release the two grey buttons
This will display a message on the screen asking if you want to do a hard reset. Say Yes.
The device will turn off.
Turn the device back on
Before proceeding to the next step:
Set the time and date - this is very important as these need to be accurate in order to connect to our server and download your folders.
Connect to Wifi
Go to Settings > Log in & Sync
Use the following credentials:
email: 2@2.com
password: 123
(type slowly and check to ensure you have selected the right letter/number as the keyboard is small and it is easy to enter incorrect information)
Once the credentials have been entered, your device will be authorized on the network and will download your programs.
