If your GEM is unresponsive, you can reset it to restore functionality. Follow these steps to reset your device:
- Connect your GEM to the charger (the red light on the front will turn on - proceed even if it doesn't)
- While it’s connected to the charger, hold the button on the GEM for 20 seconds. (the red light may turn off or blink)
- The button is small and does not need to be pressed hard. - Release after 20 seconds to complete the reset.
- Open the E4L GEM app and pair your GEM again from the main screen (if needed).
After a reset, the device should be easily discoverable.
