How Long Does It Take to Charge My GEM?

Charging your GEM is a quick process. It typically takes approximately two hours to charge fully. However, please note that the actual charging time may vary based on the following factors:

• If the battery is very low, it might take slightly longer to reach a full charge.
• The power output of the USB source you are using can also affect charging time. Charging from higher power outputs (like a wall charger) may be faster than charging from a computer USB port.

When the GEM is charging, the light on the front of the device will be Red. A Green light indicates the device is fully charged.
