Updating Your GEM Software / Firmware

You can update the software on your GEM to ensure it has the latest features and improvements. Here’s how to perform a software update:

1. Open the E4L GEM App
2. Tap the profile icon located in the top left corner of the app.
3. Select the "Manage Devices" option from the menu.
4. Find and choose your connected GEM device from the list.
5. Tap on "Update Firmware" and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the update process.
