If your course progress overview under "My Profile" > "Courses" does not match your actual course progress please follow below.
The reason most likely is that you have changed your portal email address and this wasn't done in parallel for the learning platform or you are having multiple portal accounts and therefore also multiple accounts with our learning platform. Your Portal account can that way be connected to the wrong learning platform account.
You can change this by following below steps:
1. Please inform customer service, so your emails / accounts can be sorted.
2. Copy this link and paste it into a new browser window:
https://lms.neshealth.com/wp-login.php?action=logout
3. You are asked, if you really want to log out. Please click on "Log out"
4. Go to portal.neshealth.com and log out completely
5. Now go to portal.neshealth.com and log back in
If you are experiencing this issue on your Bioenergetic Health Coach Course or Energy Health Coaching Course, please additionally perform below steps:

2. You are asked, if you really want to log out. Please click on "Log out"
