How to switch between old and new algorithm (for Practitioners)

Step 1: Log In to NES Portal

Navigate to portal.neshealth.com and log in using your credentials. 

Step 2: Access My Account

Locate and click on the "My Account" icon. This will take you to a page where you can manage various aspects of your NES Portal account.

Step 3: Navigate to My Profile

Within the My Account section, find and click on "My Profile." This is where you can personalize your account settings to meet your specific preferences.

Step 4: Access Client Settings

Under My Profile, look for the "Client Settings" option. Click on it to reveal a list of configurable options related to your and your clients NES Portal experience.

Step 5: Locate the Algorithm Toggle

You will find a toggle that allows you to choose between the old and new algorithms. 

Step 6: Toggle 

Toggle between the old (toggle = OFF) and new algorithms (toggle = ON) based on your preference. The selected option will determine the algorithm used for processing and presenting data on the NES Scan for you AND your clients. 

Step 7: Confirm

Once you move the toggle, you will see an informational pop up on the screen. Read this carefully before confirming. Once confirmed, please make sure to scroll down the page and hit "SAVE". If you don't save your updates they will not be active.
