As a NES practitioner, you have the flexibility to choose whether you want your clients to access their BWS scan in the client portal.
You also might not want your clients to see all the BWS screens, but only a selection.
Those settings can be managed via the "Scan Screen Settings" section.
You can access this section via My Account > Scan Screen Settings.
The Scan Screen Settings:
The scan screen settings on this screen are setting global rules for your account, which means that every new client you add those settings will be applied to.
You can override those settings on an individual client basis. We will explain this further down.
- On the left hand side you can see the list of all screens and subscreens available to you.
- On the right hand side, you can see two columns with on/off toggles. Those toggles are being used to set the visibility of each screen for your clients.
- You can see two tabs:
- BWS Screens = All main screens available to you
- Legacy Screens = Legacy screens are available to you, but are no longer being updated or thought in our trainings.
Before Review / After Review Scan Status:
You have the flexibility to allow your clients to access / view BWS scan results directly after the scan without any further action by you.
We call this status "Before Review".
The status of review is managed in your Scan List.
If the toggle in the column marked below is set to "OFF", the status is set to "Before Review". If the toggle in the column marked below is set to "ON", the status is set to "After Review".
The "After Review" status has to be toggled manually by you, unless you choose to set the "New scans are set to "Reviewed" immediately" toggle located in the top right corner of the Scan List to "ON".
All of your scans will be immediately set to "After Reviewed" status in this case.
Setting Scenarios:
1. I don't want my clients to access scan screens without my review:
If you don't want your clients to see BWS scan results directly after the scan or not at all, please set the following:
- My Scans: Set the "New scans are set to "Reviewed" immediately" toggle to OFF
- Scan Screen Settings: Set all "Before Review" column toggles to OFF
2. I want my clients to access all scan screens without my review:
If you want your clients to see BWS scan results directly after the scan, please set the following:
- My Scans: Set the "New scans are set to "Reviewed" immediately" toggle to ON
- Scan Screen Settings: Set all "Before Review" column toggles to ON
3. I want my clients to access different screens before and after my review:
- My Scans: Set the "New scans are set to "Reviewed" immediately" toggle to ON
- Scan Screen Settings: Set different settings as wished for Before / After Review
Individual Client Override:
You can override the global scan screen settings on an individual client basis. Please follow below steps:
- Go to "My Clients"
- Find the relevant client account
- Choose to View/Edit the client account
- Click "Scan Screen Settings"
- Select the settings for this individual client and hit save
- The global settings are overridden now for this specific client
