I can't access my courses or education material

If you are trying to access any of your portal courses and can't access them, but se an error message that says: "You must enrol to this course to access the content."

Please follow the steps below:

1. If you can't access items under "Education" > "First Steps General Learning" or the "Choice Point Course" follow the steps below:

• Copy this link and paste it into a new browser window:

  https://lms.neshealth.com/wp-login.php?action=logout

• You are asked, if you really want to log out. Please click on "Log out"
• Go to portal.neshealth.com and log out completely
• Now go to portal.neshealth.com and log back in
• You should now be able to access the educational items under "First Steps and General Learning" 

2. If you can't access items under "Education" > "Courses" except the "Choice Point Course" follow the steps below:

• Copy this link and paste it into a new browser window:

  http://bioenergetics.io/wp-login.php?action=logout

• You are asked, if you really want to log out. Please click on "Log out"
• Go to portal.neshealth.com and log out completely
• Now go to portal.neshealth.com and log back in
• You should now be able to access the educational items "Courses"
